At CasePal.co.uk, we’re committed to delivering your Samsung and iPhone phone cases quickly and securely. Please review the information below to understand our dispatch, delivery, and returns process.

Dispatch Times

  • UK Warehouse Stock: Orders dispatched within 1–3 working days.
  • China Warehouse Stock: Delivered within 10–15 days from China.

Bulk Printed Phone Case Orders:

  • 1–10 cases: 2–3 business days printing + 2–3 days delivery.
  • 11+ cases: Up to 5 business days printing + 2–3 days delivery.

The most appropriate delivery method (Royal Mail or courier) will be selected at dispatch.

Note: Dispatch times apply January to October. During busy periods like Christmas, delivery may take longer. Please place orders early and inform your customers.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of order payment confirmation.
  • A full refund will be issued if cancelled in this time.
  • No cancellations are accepted once the order is shipped.
  • Custom phone cases cannot be cancelled once ordered.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for damaged or faulty items.

Conditions:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

We will notify you via email upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days.

Important: We do not accept returns for ordering the wrong product. Please double-check your device model before purchase.

Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Accept the delivery.
  • Contact us within 5 days.
  • Include clear photos of:
    • The packaging
    • The damaged item
